We want you to be completely satisfied with your ESSENZEE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Please note that all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
